At LifesOver, we know that when you order survival gear, you need it fast. That’s why we process and ship your order as quickly as possible.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed the same day or the next business day after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Time

We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after your order is processed.

Please note: delivery times may vary slightly depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.


3. Shipping Carriers

We primarily use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic deliveries.
LifesOver reserves the right to choose the most efficient and reliable carrier for your location.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address.
Orders over $250 qualify for Free Shipping within the USA.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.


6. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact our customer service team at support@lifesover.com.
We’ll assist you in locating your package or issuing a replacement if necessary.


7. Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at returns@lifesover.com with photos of the damaged product.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
